You can undergo IUI every month. But Sperm count is very less.

If no pregnancy in next 3 months, it is better to go ahead with ICSI as discussed before as sperm count is low.

I am 1 day after ovulation and I am still having a terrible back pain and cramps.
I barely can walk.

Same thing with ovulation pain. This will reduce slowly.
