I read your query and here is my advice

There is not an exact amount of radiation known to cause cancer.
It is known less than 100 msv don't cause cancer only slightly increase the possibility of having cancer. It is estimated that we have 42% chances if getting cancer in lives even without excessive radiation.
So more than 100 msv of exposure can increase the risk of having cancer.
