Question : my age is 33.i have 2 children.i am pregnant for 40 days. i took mifepristone tablet yesterday morning.today morning i got bleeding.i didn't take the 4 mifeprostol tablets.should i take the 4 tablets or no need?

Brief Answer: the 4 misoprostol tablets have to be taken. Detailed Answer: Dear XXXX, Thanks for writing to healthcare magic. You have to take the misoprostol medication i.e 4 tablets together . This has to be taken 48 hours after taking mifepristone. This has to be taken even if you have bleeding now as the abortion may not be completed with out misoprostol. So take misoprostol tablets tomorrow morning. You will have more bleeding and some cramps which will last 2-3 days. Please write back if you have any queries. Thanks Dr Bhagyashree
