Brief Answer:
Regarding your face concerns

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

She has a rough patch with follicular prominences on her left cheek. This appearance is that of trichostasis spinulosa. Fir this I suggest her to use tretinoin 0.05 %cream (Retino A 0.05%cream), once every night for a few days.
For improvement of complexion I suggest you to use a broad spectrum sunscreen during the day. At night you may use a skin lightening cream e.g either Ban A tan cream or Melaglow rich cream.
