HIV is caused by a virus and it is passed on from an infected person. So unless the partner is infected, he cannot pass on HIV to the other by any means.

This applies to all forms of sexual intercourse and being virgin or not doesn't necessarily matter. One of them should have the virus to pass it to the other.
