Dear sir, I have gone through your question and o understand your concerns but there is no such thing as a normal or abnormal number of masturbations done.. This means that you masturbate several times a day and you can still perform you daily activities and have a healthy life then there is no problem with that.. On the other hand if you masturabe once a day and if makes you skip your daily activities or give up on sex with your partner so this is considered abnormal..
