Question : I am 38 weeks pregnant. I ate a spoonful of peanut butter with a bunch of oregano on it. Then I read that you're not supposed to have too much oregano during pregnancy. How much is too much? Is a spoonful of the dried spice dangerous? I think I've only had a few contractions, nothing too major.
Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for trusting health care magic
There is nothing to worry as oregano taken once in a while will not affect Mother or baby
So nothing active needs to be done
