Brief Answer:
Did you have thyroid issue earlier ?

Detailed Answer:
Yes I can see them now.
THe reports are all normal, the ultrasound scan also is fine, and the baby's heartbeat is clearly seen.
These are all very good signs.
Regarding the TSH values, yes, it is above normal.
In pregnancy ideally it should be less than 2.5.
Did you have this issue before, and have you ever taken Thyronorm, or were you advised to take it, or are you still taking it?

Brief Answer:
Make dose 50 Microgram, yes, can have sexual intercourse.

Detailed Answer:
THis means that the current dosage is not adequate to control TSH levels.
However, do not worry.
The requirement of thyronorm increases during pregnancy.
So now you need to take 50 microgram per day.
Remember to store the bottle away from light and heat.
Take the tablet ALWAYS on empty stomach ( not even tea ) - just a sip of water before you even get up from bed.
Eat or drink anything only after atleast 45 minutes to allow proper absorption of the tablet.
After taking 50 Microgram per day for a month, please repeat TSH levels to check if the dosage is now sufficient.
Also, do not worry about the side effects on pregnancy.
Before pregnancy, the level was normal, so the baby is protected from most side effects.
Also, you are already taking the drug, just small increase in dose is required.
In this scenario, there can be no harm to yourself or the baby.
Just aim to keep levels under 2.5 throughout pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Do not forget doses, and keep checking TSH every 4 weeks.
Regarding sexual activity, yes your ultrasound scan is normal.
You can definitely engage in sexual intercourse.
The next scan should be done around 12 weeks.
If that also is normal, sexual activity can be continued throughout pregnancy unless some complication arises.
Only, avoid vigorous sex, love making should be gentle and in positions that does not make you uncomfortable .
All the best dear.
