Question: how much stronger is oxycodone 10-325 as compared to norco ( hydrocodone) 10-325 and r they the same mecanizim of action do they show the same on ua ,and should it help me more after doc deadens the nerve at L1 ,cause 2,3,4,5 have had surgery 2 and 3 replaced with cadaver bone and 4and 5 were re-built with bone shavings from me screws and other hardware and mesh to hold the 4and 5 together

Thank you for the query.

Oxycodone is 1,5-2x stronger than Hydrocodone (10 mg of Oxycodone is equal about 15 mg of Hydrocodone). Both are with 325 mg of Paracetamol. Both have the same mechanism of action, the difference is only in the capability of binding with opioids receptors. It will appear in the same way in urine analysis.
It should be helpful with post-surgery pain as well as with other neuromuscular pains.
However, you should also add some non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug like Diclophenac 50 mg twice a day(should be used with Omeprasole 20 mg once a day) which also has anti-inflammatory effect.
