Brief Answer:
Nothing to Worry..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX Welcome to HCM,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

First of all, let me inform you that as per your descriptions, your BMI is around 33.1 which is in the obese range, so you should follow the dietary advises as well as life style changes which is already explained by the fellow doctor in the other query..

No XXXXXXX drinking 10 glasses of water is just fine (considering each standard glass containing around 250 ml of water), in fact you should note that maintaining adequate hydration is extremely important as not only it'll keep your body's metabolism well regulated but also help you loosing those extra pounds in the long run..

So stay well hydrated, in fact, if you've started working out already, then drinking water even more than that (on an avg. ~3 ltr per day is fine for you) is necessary to compensate with the loss during sweating..

Don't worry..

My best wishes..

Take Care
Kind Regards
