Question : Does Zithromax or azithromycin interfere with levothyroxine absorbtion or t4 to t3 conversion if you are on t4 mono therapy with no thyroid? How much would it hurt tsh after a 5 day cycle after a few weeks? Thanks

No, azythromicin does not effect absorbtion metabolism of levothyroxine.
Of course you need to tale levothyroxine fasting and azythromicin after the meal.
