Question : Husband not feeling well. Cramping BLE, Right sided chest pain radiating down Right arm. R hand numbness and tingling. Cold sweat, skin is cool to touch. Also discomfort on Right side posteriorly about 3/4 inferiorly.

Taking into consideration his associated medical issues like diabetes, Hypertension and s strong family history of heart disease and CVA, along with a 40+ age group I would like to suggest you to get his basics cardiac screening test done once your vacations are over.
For now just tell him to rest and don’t indulge in strenuous activities. If even after rest he doesn’t feel well then it’s advisable to seek medical help by visiting a near by ER. Also if you can check his sugar levels.
