Brief Answer:
3-4 times

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.x
You can express the breast milk at least 3-4 times using a breast pump.
Depending upon the type of the pump, manual or electronic, the nipple should be covered fully with the areola by the nozzle and then the milk should be expressed.
Wrong usage may lead to sore nipples and pain.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Brief Answer:
No need to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
If the baby is sleeping for 1 hour after feeding, then the breast milk is enough for the baby.
There is nothing to worry
Breast is soft if the breastfeeding is regular and baby is feeding regularly.

Brief Answer:
Measures to increase the breast milk flow

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Expression of breast milk with hand or pump is always less than than when the baby sucks.
So, one can never estimate the amount of the baby drinks during feeding.
If the baby is not satisfied with the breast milk, then it is likely to be less and you should take measures like taking high protein diet, drinking plenty of fluids and take cumin and carrom seeds.
