Usually unruptured aneurysms, brain aneurysm or aortic aneurysm don't cause symptoms. The symptoms vary from where is the aneurysm placed, it's dimensions and structures which it compresses around.
So I can't say exactly what percentage of unruptured aneurysms have symptoms or how often they cause symptoms.
So as a conclusion unruptured aneurysms don't cause symptoms at all.
