Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for consulting Healthcare magic. This is Dr. Priyanka tiwari answering your query.
I have gone through your query.
Replacement of dental bridge depends on factors which includes:
- Type of material used in cementation of dental bridge.
- Type of material dental bridge is made of. (Metal Ceramic, All ceramic bridge).
- Fit of bridge. If bridge fits ideally its requirement for replacement is less.
Lastly I would like to tell you that if dental bridge is correctly placed and you practice good oral hygiene and you are seeing dentist regularly every 4 to 6 months for follow up or oral prophylaxis and your abutmnet teeth (supporting teeth) are healthy then your dental bridge should stay for 5 to 15 years or more than 15 years.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have further query I will be happy to help.

 Zirconia dental bridge
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome again
I have read your mail that you have attached. Your dentist has recommended you 6 unit zirconia dental bridge after extraction of your two teeth that is central and lateral incisor of left lower jaw region .
As you are saying of implant, see in implant procedure small rod is placed in jaw bone after small surgical procedure and after few days crown is placed over rod.
In implant no support is taken from adjacent teeth and in bridge abutment teeth is needed for support . Implant is more costly procedure than dental bridge .
So if your dentist has recommended you zirconia dental bridge, you can go for treatment but make sure practice good oral hygiene and visit your dentist regularly for follow up or oral prophylaxis .
Hope this will help you .
