Brief Answer:
Your HIV risk is negligible only.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I went through your presentation.
Timings either minutes or seconds do not matter in the transmission of HIV/STI.
Counting your activities and comorbidities, Your risk for HIV is definitely not high. At the same time, with the deep kiss, act of felatio, possibility of condom breakage, we cannot rule out the negligible risk for HIV transmission in your case. (https://www.cdc.gov/hiv/risk/estimates/riskbehaviors.html)
When there is negligible risk for HIV/STIs. It is better to have undergo investigations with regards to HIV/STIs. Even though the chances of getting infection is remote, ruling out this negligible risk, will solve the uncertainty and alleviates unnecessary mental tension.

This is my follow-up question Doctor. Thanks for your reply. I am very grateful to hear from a specialist like you. When I put on my personal condom before insertive vaginal intercourse, the Thai prostitute warned me that my personal condom is small. Nevertheless, I proceeded with the insertive vaginal intercourse. However, in the middle of the insertive vaginal intercourse when when we had a petting break, she took off my condom without asking my permission. Henceforth, I have no choice but to wear a condom from her choice which is a good fit. Since I have severe anticipatory anxiety of which I deeply apologize to please bear with me, I am very scared to take an HIV test. As far as I am concerned, if we consider if the condom is of right quality and the usage is perfect without breakage, do I still have an HIV risk infection? Is it still necessary to take an HIV test?

Brief Answer:
your HIV risk is negligible

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
She might not be a HIV positive woman. Then there is no risk at all.
Even if there is no condom breakage, deep kissing was there. You had fingering also. So you have a negligible risk for HIV.
You may say that you don't want to be tested. But without testing for HIV, you can't be peaceful or calm. The recommendation for the test is to confirm that you are being infected. This will sooth you a great extent. So get tested and clear the status. This will have immense value than my words.

Thank you again Doctor for your answer. Please bear with me Doctor. I really need your help. Your Detailed Answer 1 day and 8 hours ago says: "The recommendation for the test is to confirm that you are being infected". Does it mean Doctor that I am confirmed to be already infected by HIV? Please answer Doctor because the more I am confused, the more my severe anticipatory anxiety will attack me in panic.
