My kid of 5 years age is having cough and cold. We have been using sodium valporate 10ml/day dose for him since 1.5 years. Can i give him citrizine syrup contains cetrizine hydrochloride-2mg+paracetmol125mg+phenylephrine Hcl2.5mg ?
