Please upload your MRI report and if possible scan films. Do tell me more about your symptoms. When do you get the pain, when does it get worse and better. Do you have any medical problems.

Do get standing bending X-rays of your lumbar spine as well.

Hi,

Thanks for sharing the MRI report. As per your report you have mild disc bulge. This can be managed with physiotherapy and low back strengthening exercises with pain killers as needed.
