Hello
After going through the medical query raised by you I can understand your concern and I would like to tell you that your weight and cholesterol levels are slightly towards higher side.
Now if you are young this can be very well taken care with the help of strict lifestyle modifications which include
1. Daily exercise for 35 mins for atleast 5 days a week.
2. No junk food or fried food.
3. Take dinner atleast 2 hours before sleep.
4. Avoid taking extra sugars.
5. Increase intake of protein and fibre in your diet.
Follow this routine strictly for atleast 3 months and then repeat your lipid profile again.
Kind Regards
