Brief Answer:
It may be cold sore.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I can understand your concern. I have seen your attached reports. As your child has cold and cough since 2 weeks, I think it may be cold sore. Let me know whether your child has fever? Other causes may contact dermatitis may be due to soap or moisturizer, sunburn, heat rash, not taking proper feed. Kindly follow up with detailed history.

I'd suggest you to give anti histamine syrup containing phenylephrine or chlorpheniramine after pediatric consultation. For pain and fever you can give syp paracetamol. Treatment mainly depends upon underlying conditions. Kindly consult with pediatrician for cold and cough. Keep well hydrated. Give proper diet. She may be need syp. multivitamin. Kindly follow up if you have any query.

yes she was very warm the night of but when i took the blanket off and turned on the air she seemed to cool down, i had notices a few bumps when i picked her up from day care the day befor but it didn get this bad until the next day, it dosent seem to bother her much nd ive been puting cortizone 10 on it since last night. the only thing i could think of is sometimes she plays in my make up nd the other day she had it all around her mouth but im not sure if that would cause this

Hello and welcome back.

Thank you for reply. As per attached reports, I think it may be cold sore. i don't think it may be because of make up products, anyway keep it away from your child. Continue treatment for cold and cough as per pediatrician advice. Kindly follow all measures as suggested earlier. kindly follow up if you have any query. take care.
