Q-tip can be used
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX
Thanks for writing in to us.
I have read through your query in detail.
Nitro 0.2% and lidocaine 2% is a recommended treatment for anal fissure. You can use a Q-tip for application. This is a safe and clean method. If you are using Q-tip then there is no need to use saran wrap on the finger. However, please wash your hands with soap after application.
Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.
Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.
Regards,
Dr.Vivek
