Question: Hi while overseas I tripped on a sidewalk going down to the road and landed with my palms out first. I got back to the hotel and washed my hands since I didn't see an open wound. a day later my hand looks like this, will this go away on its own?

Brief Answer:
Blister will subside on its own

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,

I have not yet been able to see the picture
However, the vlisywr formation is due to friction on skin from fall. It is nothing to be worried. The blister will drain out or shrink on its own in about a week.
Make.sure that you don't burst the blister. Apply Neosporin ointment to avoid infection. Nothing more need to be done.
If you notice worsening pain, redness and blister turns yellow, then it is indicative of infection. In which case, follow up nearest GP to receive prescription for antibiotics.
