Question : I am writing because I noticed a small sore on my left arm yesterday afternoon. The sore appeared seemingly out of nowhere. I don't remember causing any injury to it. It seems slightly open and red around the sore. It is now a full day later and it seems exactly the same (I have attached a picture for your review). Is this anything to be concerned about? Should I seek any medical care at a certain point it doesn't improve? I should also note that I went in a pool earlier today, which may have not been a good idea given the circumstance. Thank you!

It is looking like purpurae, minor bleed under Skin.
Probably you might have injured yourself unknowingly.
It is self limiting and should disappear within a week.
