Brief Answer:
This is pyoderma - don't worry
Detailed Answer:
Hi... thank you for uploading the image in advance and helping me arrived at the diagnosis
This is a very simple case of pyoderma which is very common in this season.
This is caused by a very common organism called Streptococcus or staphylococcus.
No need to use any systemic antibiotics.
As of now you can leave it as such and it will heal by itself. But if it breaks open and pus comes out then I suggest you use local application of Mupirocin ointment which will take care of the issue effectively. Apply this three times a day for 3 days.

thanks Dr...but this is there from past 2 months and slightly increased in size...would your diagnosis remain the same?
Brief Answer:
Keeping in mind the durations - the diagnosis may be viral wart
Detailed Answer:
NO...then the diagnosis will be a viral wart.
In that case he might require a dermatology consult and with cryotherapy or with a laser therapy - it can be removed please.
