Brief Answer:
Probably overactive bladder, a physical and neurological exam must be done

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

There are many medical conditions that cause bedwetting in adults.
In this case some examinations must be done to confirm the cause:
-a physical examination
-a neurological examination
-an urinalysis
-an ultrasound
-a complete blood count.
In my experience the most common cause of bedwetting in adults is overactive bladder which means that the bladder contracts more than normal.
Meanwhile, some advices that I can give to you are:
-don't drink before sleeping
-try to make a regime of going in the bathroom
-If the diagnosis is confirmed prescribed medications can be used.

Hope my answer was helpful.

Kind regards!
