Brief Answer:
A fractured cranial base should be excluded.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Black eyes or "racoon eyes" may indicate a fractured anterior cranial base, so, i think, you should have a CT scan of the head done in order to evaluate properly, or even to exclude this possible condition.

Discuss with your Doctor about these issues.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Take care.
