Brief Answer:
It could be vertigo

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

The symptoms are more likely suggestive of something called "vertigo" caused by some abnormalities in the inner ear which control the balancing apparatus of our body. However we have to rule out certain other conditions which mimics the symptoms.
Get an ECG done to rule out angina which can also causes profuse sweating eventhough the odds are on a lower side.

As of now you can take "betahistine" tablets twice a day for three days which helps to stabilize the inner ear.
If the symptoms persist even after taking betahistine it is better to consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated. In that case better to take an MRI scan to rule out any intracranial cause.

Wishing you good health.
Thanks
