Question : Hi, My wife has swelling in her right eye.This has increased now and it started 3 days ago.There is also pain associated. Any recommendations please, photos attached for reference. Regards, XXXX

Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
This is a common eye infection in summers... called stye or blepharitis.
Physically consult an eye specialist at the earliest as special equipment is needed to know how bad it is.
She needs cold compresses with ice packs.
Avoid touching or rubbing the eyes.
Frequent hand washing.
Antibiotic or anti inflammatory drops maybe prescribed after examination.
Keep her hankies and towels separate.
Rest the eyes.
