Brief Answer:
Symptoms are most likely due to migraine.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

They are most likely due to migraine. As of now, she should: 1. Take food on time; 2. Avoid stress/tension, 3. Sleep adequately for 7-8 hours per night.

For severe headaches, she can take Dolo 650 as and when needed.

If the headache frequency or severity increases, she would need further evaluation.

I sincerely hope my reply has helped you.

I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.

Best wishes,
