Brief Answer:
Allergy

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

It seems that you are experiencing an allergic reaction to mold, although it is unlikely to cause skin rash. I would recommend that you take an antihistaminic as cetirizine once daily before going to bed or an Avil shot if possible every other day for one week (total three shots) together with applying Benadryl cream on the rash.

If no improvement after one week then you should get a blood test for anti-lupus antibodies to exclude systemic lupus.
As for the muscle cramps, they could be due to dehydration so please make sure that you are adequately hydrated with at least eight cups of water daily. they also could be due to potassium, sodium or calcium deficiency so please get a blood test to check on their levels.

I hope you find this helpful.
