Question : lightheadness cramp in feet and hands
Brief Answer:
Mineral difficiency
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
This could be due to a number of reasons, the most common of which is mineral difficiency including sodium , potassium and magnesium.. so I would recommend that you get a blood test for their levels in blood and if found low then you should take a replacement.. if found normal then this could be due to vascular insufficiency which can be diagnosed by Doppler ultrasound or it could be due to neuritis which can be caused by vitamin b12 difficiency.. I hope you find this helpful..
