Brief Answer:
High protein diet

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Weight and height is predominantly gene dependent - the parents height and weight has significant influence of the child's height and weight. So as long as the child is active, healthy and playful, you need not be worried about her weight and height.

But as a parent, I understand your concern about weight. In this circumstance I will suggest you give her good amount of proteins in her diet - eggs, almonds, nuts, raisins, banana and others are good source of protein. You may use it consistently in her diet. If you wish, you may also try protein drink like B-protein junior. It would help her.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.
Regards
