Hello,

Thanks for posting your query.

Firstly, I would like to ask you to see a specialist and get your pregnancy confirmed through a clinical exam, a trans-vaginal sonogram to see the location of the gestation sac and also the age of pregnancy.

The process of inducing a medical abortion should be done under medical supervision as otherwise there is a risk of incomplete abortion leading to heavy bleeding, infection and also the possibility of trying to abort an ectopic pregnancy which can cause grave danger.

Please follow the doctor's instructions and do not self-medicate yourself. There are different regimes of medication each with slight variation and the best suited for you can be decided by your doctor.

Hope you have had your query clarified. Please feel free to contact for further information. I will be happy to help.

Hi,

Thanks for writing back.

The four tablets of Misoprostol should be inserted vaginally together and not at intervals. If you prefer the buccal method, you should see that you retain the tablets for 20-30 minutes in the buccal cavity until they dissolve totally.

Hope your query has been answered. Please contact if you need any more information. I will be ready to help.
