Brief Answer:
Could be cervical spondylosis.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

In my opinion you have a cervical spondylosis with stiffness in the muscles which caused the radiation of pain to head.
For this I suggest pain killers , muscle relaxants and physiotherapy including interferential therapy and isometric neck exercises . Do not get cervical traction as it may increase neck pain. If you are dizziness then take anti vertigo drugs SOS as this would be controlled by neck Exercises.
The diagnosis can be made clinically and with neck X-rays.

Thanks for the question. Please feel free to ask any other question.
