my blood test report and let me know if i need to take any tablets for haemoglobin
Brief Answer:
Only iron rich diet
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I went through the reports. I am not sure why did you get these tests done. That forms basis reading these reports.
I found that there is minor drop in hemoglobin, not worrisome, commonly found in females. The iron stores and binding sites along with necessary protein are well maintained. The vit D is low and B 12 are ok. Vit D does not need supplements.
I suggest an iron rich, vitamin D rich diet for 6 months and check for symptoms.
If this doesn't help you may go for supplements.
