Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Your actual clinical symptomatology seems unlikely to be related to a cardiac ischemia issue.
Chest pain related and modulated by respiration is highly suspicious of an extra-cardiac origin.
Excessive stress and anxiety may trigger such a clinical scenario. In addition several stimulants such as caffeinated drinks, alcohol, cigarette smoking, or energy drinks could be triggering factors as well.
Coming to this point, I recommend trying to avoid any possible triggering factors. Having some rest in a quiet place or a walk outside in the fresh air would help to alleviate the unpleasant symptoms.
If the above doesn't help enough, and the symptoms persist, then you may need close medical assistance to the nearest ER service. A routine medical checkup including a careful physical exam and eventually additional tests may be needed.
An anxiolytic and probably an analgesic drug could be helpful in this regard.
Hope to have been helpful to you! In case of any further questions, feel free to ask me again.
Regards,
Dr. Iliri
