How Should Pain In The Patella Area And Sharp Pain In The Right Kidney Area Be Treated?

Question: Currently have no power in my legs, waking up with chills. Recently passed a Uric Stone, and then had a bacteria infection in the enlarged patella area, bactum was used to reduce swelling. Next I saw my kidney cancer doctor who then provided potassium chloride and ph test strips, was told to drink lots of water with hopes of bring ph from 5 to 7, bottom half of kidney removed in 2010, I have a history of neuropathy in the foot area. Following I was still having problems with walking and felt like I had gout like symptoms so I started taking endimisin, had one good day and mowed the grass like walking 1 1/2 miles, but shortly after walking was limited and recently the inside of each foot out of control and created lots of pain. So I recently been using lyrica to take the extreme pain away. This leaves me today, waking up in sweats, still barely able to walk no pain but barely able to make it to the bathroom, and when walking I do feel pain in the patella area and sharp pain in the right kidney area. Got any idea as to what may be going on....any assistance would be greatly appreciated
Brief Answer:
Get examined by a doctor in emergency setup
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
Weakness in both lower limbs may be due to hypokalemia, neuropathy or lumbosacral root compression.
Lyrica initially in high doses may cause dizziness and feeling of weakness.
You should urgently get examined by a doctor in an ER for primary evaluation.
Neurologist appointment can be taken for detailed examination and investigations.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
