Thank you for your answer. Since I asked this question, my headache is getting worse, along with the neck pain. The headache pain is mostly in the front of my head and I am experiencing some weakness in my right hand. I do not have an upset stomach or any other issues.

Do you think the headaches are related? It is a throbbing headache that seems to be gradually worsening each day.

Brief Answer:
Pinched nerve

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Even the weaknesses in your hand is due to pinched nerve.
Have rest and lay down in order to reduce pressure on it and put ice.
Since naproxen is not working you can use any narcotics such oxycodone for pain or oral steroids to reduce swelling.
Go to doctor as soon as possible for corticosteroids injection at injury site.

Best regards.
