Brief Answer:
Stenting of aortic artery.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Coming directly to your question,
Mam worst case scenario can be complete or more then 90% blockage in your aortic vessels. But its easily treatable. In case blockage is about 70-75% doctor would do a angiogram and would start you on blood thinners like ecospirin 150 mg with/or without clopidrogel and a statin. If blockage is more then 90% aortic artery would be stented and success rate is almost 99%.You could lead a normal life after 4 weeks of stenting.
Going through your symptoms i would suggest you to go for a angiogram of heart and aorta.Level of blockage in coronary arteries would be detected. Its the gold standard test.
Secondly a peripheral doppler of leg should be done to see the amount of blockage in leg vessels and the condition of collaterals.
Hope i cleared your doubts.

Thank you.
