Brief Answer:
Noted...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I went through the lab reports. I assume the tests were part of health checkup and you are fairly asymptomatic without any known medical illness. If you had any symptoms while performing tests or if you have any known medical conditions, please specify in the follow up.

As far as test results, you have raised ALP values along with deranged triglycerides and low vitamin D levels. May I know your current body weight and height?

ALP values are not specific. It can be related to a bone, liver as well as gall bladder conditions. Since all other bone, ESR as well as liver parameters are normal, I will not be overly concerned about it.

A low vitamin D values may cause problems to the bone if left unattended. It would be better to start supplements as D rise 60000 IU per week for 6 weeks. Your local doctor will know about it.

Elevated triglyceride values could be related to body weight and life style. A healthy life style and keeping weight in check are known to control triglycerides as well as other lipid parameters. You may also be started on fibrates. Your local doctor will know about this medication.

Besides these three all other factors are essentially normal and needs no attention.

Hope I have addressed your concern. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Regards
