Hello,

You seem to have inflammatory acne. I suggest you to take an oral antibiotic e.g doxycycline 100mg capsules, twice daily for a few weeks under dermatologists guidance. In addition I suggest you to apply a topical antibiotic e.g. benzoyl peroxide 2.5 %gel, twice daily.
