Brief Answer:
Give ORS
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It may take some time for the vomiting to come under control. Please let me know the body weight of the child and I will tell you the appropriate dose. Make sure that you give ORS (oral rehydration solution) to the child. Maintaining proper hydration is extremely important during this period.
Please note that the vomiting may continue for a couple of days irrespective of treatment. Please continue to give ORS, Lanzol, and Ondem in the meantime.
Feel free to write back.
Regards
