How Should Severe Non Stop Midsection Pain, Under Rib Pain And Back Pain Be Medically Addressed?

Question: 24 yr old male. Severe non stop midsection pain. Under rib pain. Back pain no fever. Some chills. No vomiting no swollen glands. Bloody urine. Bloody bowel movements. No injuries. Crushing fatigue. Severe sudden headaches. Vision issues. Midsection tender to touch especially on right side near kidney.
Colonoscopy clear. Endoscopy clear ultrasound shows sludge in gallbladder. Loss of over 25 pounds in four months. No sharp pains unless bending. Loss of breath

Thank you. He had blood tests done. I’m not sure what kinds but supposedly white cell count was low. They said he wasn’t anemic. He was told by the lab dr that his kidney liver function was at 60% and he had kidney cancer but when we went back for a second visit that dr was not there and the nurse said all his tests were in decent levels.
She did a physical exam and when she got to his back lung area she stopped and had him lie XXXXXXX and examined him and referred him to the GI.

He had been bleeding some while irinating but the toilet looked as though he had had a period when he pooped. He goes twice a day and it’s usually runny. The bleeding was heavy and it’ll happen then go away for awhile then come back.

No nausea. No vomiting. No gas or heartburn.
No fever. No cramping. Just a solid ache that’s about a 7-8 on his pain level. ( he had double phnuemonia and a bacterial infection and didn’t complain for about a week once He’s got a high threshold)
He loses breath easily. Sleeps all the time without any respite from pain. Headaches come suddenly and are severe. You can see that his right kidney is swollen when he lifts his shirt.

Ultrasound report says all clear and normal with no signs of issues but was told by a nurse the day after that he had sludge in his gallbladder. Masses on his right kidney and swelling of the right kidney and liver and an issue with his liver lining. Dr office however claims no one called him per their records. However he said they wanted to schedule the colonoscopy and endoscopy to see if it had spread and what stage and what treatment options he had.
After the colonoscopy etc. the dr said no sign of bleeding. No hemorrhoids no ulcers. No sign of Crohn’s etc. and all was clear and normal.
But he’s lost over 25 pounds in four months and still can’t move without pain or sit without pain. Can’t wear a belt etc.
eating normal meals. His urine is very dark and strong and he drinks several bottles of water a day.
