Brief Answer:
Pruritus, antihistaminic, steroid, moisturizing lotion, go for lab tests

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I hope gone through your complaints and understand your concern.

You seem to be having pruritus.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to take antihistaminic like tablet Cetirizine 10 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching and apply a potent topical steroid like Clobetasol propionate cream diluted in a moisturizing lotion in the ratio of 1:3 twice daily for 10 days.

Topical steroids are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.

If the itching doesn’t improve in 10 days I would recommend you to undergo certain lab tests like complete blood count, liver and kidney function tests, thyroid function tests and serum IgE levels as a derangement in these can cause itching.

Regards
Dr Asmeet
