Question : I have gained a lot of weight over 3 years, from 90kgs to 115 kgs. I have high TSH. T3,T4 levels are optimal. Please let me the best remedy (Non-Medicinal) for the same. If I take medication, will it be continuing for life? Please advice

Your symptoms are indicating of Thyroid gland insufficiency and it's extremely important that you consult an Endocrinologist at the earliest, recheck the complete Thyroid function test along with Anti-TPO antibody to decide on the further course of treatment.

You'll most certainly require Thyroxin supplementation in form of medications and routine follow-ups thereafter every 3 to 6months.

There's no best remedy in a non-medicinal way. Yes, medication is generally to be taken for a lifetime with variable dosage from time to time depending on your body's response and to prevent any future complications.
