Question: I have a new car. The cabin of the car has been narrowed. I can't put my foot out straight. My foot stretched out is pushed to the left. I can pull my foot up so my knee is bent or my leg curves. In both case there is strain on my left knee. My knew is now tender and painful to the right of the kneecap. What if anything can I do about my knee. I now limp when I leave the car

Brief Answer:
Soft tissue injury of knee should be ruled out

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir

I can certainly understand your concern.

I have worked through your attached query in detail.

As per your symptoms the possibility of a ligament or a cartilage injury of the knee should be ruled out.

For this I advise you to get a MRI scan of the knee. Further management if any is largely based on test results.

Meanwhile for pain control I prescribe a short course of oral analgesics like Diclofenac to my patients with such symptoms.

Post your further queries if any
Thank you
