How Should Tingling Sensation In The Arms And Chest Along With Breathing Difficulty Be Managed?

Question: Hi, your service is appreciated. I'm very uncomfortable; arms are hot and tingling as well as my chest. Also, it's difficult to breathe. Early afternoon I took 2 Tylenol codeine 3 and 3 hrs. later I took 2 more as I wasn't feeling well.
Yesterday I started taking a hemp product (eyedropper filled half way twice a day). I took it again today. Also, yesterday I took a new supplement called Forskolin 1 capsule; today I took 1.
Is there anything I can do to alleviate my symptoms.

Brief Answer:
Most common cause includes diabetes & vitamin deficiency
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Most common causes for such tingling sensation includes diabetes & vitamin deficiency. If i were your treating doctor then i would have advised you to get your Random & Fasting Blood sugar level checked to rule out the cause of diabetes. Once cleared, we can proceed with other causes. Meanwhile following measures will help you in improving the condition:
> Visit your nearest pharmacy and ask him to give you a OTC multivitamin which contains vitamin B12, vitamin E & potassium combination. You can start it by using once daily.
> Ask some family member to massage on the area of abnormal sensation. It stimulates the nerves and restores their normal functioning.
> Food that may also help includes:
-Broccoli,
-Vitamin B-rich foods like whole grain cereals, meat, poultry, fish, milk, eggs, legumes, and nuts.
-Fresh fruits and vegetables that are rich in antioxidants like berries, spinach & tomatoes.
- Lean protein like yogurt, fish
Hopefully you will see improvement with these measures. However, it will take some time to show improvement. IF you observe that the condition is not improving or deteriorating then you need to visit hospital for further workup.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any follow-up question then feel free to ask. Wishing you good health.
