Question : Hi I did my embryo transfer 6 days ago and yesterday I start feeling my Brast start being tender,I suppose to get my period on the 10th,did you think its implantation symptoms or period symptoms?

Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
There are no specific symptoms of implantation or pregnancy.
Breast tenderness maybe due to pregnancy, implantation, the effects of the medications you must be taking or it can be pre menstrual.
I can understand your anxiety, but do not rely on such symptoms to know if you are pregnant or not.
You will only know for sure when you take the pregnancy test on the advised time.
