HCV RNA is the first detectable event, preceding alanine aminotransferase (ALT) elevation and the apperance of anti-HCV.
ALT raises ( elevation ) 6 weeks after exposure and peak reaches 12 to 14 weeks ( after 3rd month to 4th month.
Yes HCV RNA PCR is conclusive and ALT start raising after 6 weeks of exposure , peak reaches between 3 rd and 4th month.
