Im 27 yrs old. I already have baby,now im trying for 2nd one. 7 yrs Marital life.
I had irregular periods and under gone treatment to make regular taken injection for ovulation I.e inj.IVG-M 150 IU IM for 6 days after that I ovulated then doctor gave inj.OVUNAL SC 5000 IU IM AND INJ.PITOCIN 5 U IM. after that iui treatment and now im taking Naturogest 200mcg for 18 days and doctor told to test on 19th day. Im doing iui for first time.
for my first baby I didn't have any problems. I was conceived after a month after my marriage.
now im afraid whether it will be positive.

In my opinion IUI is simple, non invasive, less expensive procedure. So it is preferred as first technique in infertility treatment in cases of sperm disorders and in unexplained infertility.
IUI is successful upto 20% for each cycle and success rate increases in combination with medicine used for ovulation.
Three things might go in favor of success like:-
1. Your age, as you are under 30, so definitely you will have good quality of ovum.
2. And you already have a kid means your fertility is already proved.
3. You taken medicine in combination with IUI.
Usually IUI is tried for 3 to 6 cycles before going to another procedure.
You might not go to such long time but might conceive soon with your positive aspects.
So be cool, Relax, Anxiety also delays pregnancy. So just leave anxiety aside and go on with positive attitude.

In my opinion urine pregnancy test by strip method will be positive one week after missed period. So test is to be done then for accurate result.
Symptoms of early pregnancy are :-
1.Nausea and vomiting
2.Breast tenderness
3.Increase in frequency of urination
These symptoms mostly start after 15 days of missed period ie., at 6 weeks.
Pain in nipple and gastritis might be non specific so take simple paracetamol and antacids.
1. Avoid spicy diet.
2. Take food in time
3. Add butter milk in the diet.
4. Don't skip the meals.
If pain is only in one nipple and does not subside with simple measures I would suggest you to consult doctor.

Doctor I was waiting to take pregnancy test on 19th day but on 16th day evening I had little blood spotting.....then on next day continuous bleeding till yesterday afternoon . I tested yesterday it was negative. Im very afraid....what it will.

This is predicted clinically and also by ultrasound.
If ovulation has occurred, fertilization should occur within 12 hours as the lifespan of ovum is only 12 hours.
As your cycles are not regular we can not predict exactly but we can know the range of fertile days.
If you are expecting the period on 13 December the ovulation might be on 29 th November and the fertile days are 3 days on
either side of ovulation.
That is the fertile days are 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 1 and 2.
I suggest you to participate daily rather than trying on fertile days for better outcome.
Madam I advise you again just relax.Follow your gynecologist. Do not take much tension. Just be free as you were before your first pregnancy and that will help a lot.
